The Boardroom is available Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. b) Reservations should be made directly with the Executive Assistant, or in her absence, with the Admin. Support Clerk by submitting the attached form. Advance notice of any meeting cancellations is greatly appreciated. c) The individual who is in charge of the room will be responsible for set-up prior and cleanup of the room after the meeting. Please complete the attached checklist and turn it into the Executive Assistant to certify that the room has been left in good condition. d) Audio and video equipment may be available, but you are encouraged to provide your own equipment. To use Kawerak, Inc.’s equipment, if available, you will need to sign it out with the Executive Assistant or the IS Dept. e) The telephones in the Boardroom are restricted to local and 800 number calls only. If your group is participating in a long-distance teleconference, the conference call operator or the other party will need to call the main number at (907) 443-5231 and ask to be transferred to the Kawerak Boardroom. f) Any damage to the Boardroom furniture, carpet, etc., must be reported immediately to the Executive Assistant or Admin Support Clerk. g) Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the Boardroom or on the premises. Smoking is allowed outside the front entrance. h) A rate of $100/day for the Talialuk Board Room (located at 500 Seppala Drive- First Floor) and $200/day for the Ublugiaq Board Room (located at 504 Seppala Drive-Second Floor) all day fee with be charged to entities not formally affiliated with Kawerak. Please make checks payable to Kawerak, Inc. i) If you would like coffee service during your meeting, please add $25.00 to your check. Please see the Executive Assistant, or in her absence, the Admin Support Clerk to fill out the checklist on back to certify that the Kawerak Boardroom has been left in good condition.
