1. Gratuities are not included and are at your discretion.
2. We accept debit, credit, cash and cheque in Spa.
3. Final numbers for your party are due 4 days prior to your party. You will be charged based on the final numbers you
provide us as we have to accommodate enough supplies/ staff and other preparation required for your party.
4. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your party NO EARLIER.
5. NO OUTSIDE FOOD ALLOWED
6. There is a maximum of 2 parents allowed in NeVaeh Day Spa. Due to the spacing and the nature of our activities this is a
drop off party. WE ARE HERE TO ENTERTAIN YOUR GUESTS NOT THEIR PARAENTS. Please have your family or adult
parties at home following the NeVaeh Day Spa Kids Party.
7. Please ensure parents pick children up at the time the party is over
8. We will not service any child with warts, lice or any other communicable disease.
9. NeVaeh Day Spa Party times are a set schedule, there fore staff will remind you when you have 15 minutes left at the spa.
10. Cancellation of a party without rescheduling will result in a $50 charge. If you cancel within 5 days of your party we will
charge you half of the package price. We are lenient in the sense that we do not take a deposit like most party places. We
trust our parents and hope they provide us with the same respect.
11. NeVaeh Day Spa, its owners, and employees will not be held responsible for accidents, allergies relating to food items,
clothing, make-up, esthetic services, injuries to party guests or property damage.
12. NeVaeh Day Spa has the right to cancel during a party if the guests do not follow proper spa etiquette or terms of the
contract. Payment for the services shall be the responsibility of the host parent.
13. All parent must sign their child into the Spa and Sign them out at the end of the Party .
