Now Hiring: Deputy Internal Records Officers (2) Job Description: There are two Deputy Internal Records Officer (DIRO) positions available. The Engineering Society Internal Records portfolio involves maintaining the historical records of the Society and undertaking the new initiatives to bring information documented in the past to the masses of the present. It is undergoing a large transition with the goal of broadcasting the history of the society and thoroughly documenting the current activity. The DIROs will help the Chief Internal Records Officer (CIRO) with these responsibilities. Both DIROs will aid in the research and documentation of historical records. Specific responsibilities will also be assigned for each position: One will be responsible for the creation of upkeep of a wiki to publish the information, some experience working with basic wiki sites is an asset One will create posters, and displays for various locations around campus, and be responsible for collecting and organizing the current activities of the society DIRO can be a very flexible and rewarding position, you will work closely with the CIRO, and Director of Internal Affairs to help develop the portfolio further.
