Company Summary Formed in 1963, the Association now owns or manages over 3,200
properties, and has a £30m turnover. We also provide support and care
services in a wide range of accommodation either on our own or working
in partnership with one of a number of different agencies.
Customer Service The Association has an enviable track record of providing customer
orientated services to tenants and service users. Our most recent survey
indicated that 93% of tenants were satisfied with the service Orwell
provided – our highest rating ever and well above industry norms.
