									EXTRA DUTY AGREEMENT
Century 21 Community Learning Center Cultural
Teacher 2009-2010

The employee agrees to perform extra duty for the following activity: all duties as
described in the BSSD Century 21 Grant Community Learning Center Cultural Teacher
job description. These duties are described in detail regarding responsibilities for
planning age appropriate cultural activities, open maintain facilities for the cultural
activities, supervise students at all times, submit orders for materials for cultural
activities, ensure that supplies are put away and the classroom/gym is left in proper order,
report injuries/incidents to the principal, complete a summary of each week’s activities
and give to Recreational/Cultural Activities Coordinator each Monday, complete other
report as required, and other duties as assigned.

In consideration, the parties agree to:
     Stipend of $25.00 per hour for up to 2.5 hours + benefits described per week in the
job description to complete agreed upon duties as described in the job description.
Stipend will be paid in Nov, Jan, March, May.

2. All federal taxes, FICA (if applicable), and retirement contributions (if applicable)
   will be deducted from the paycheck prior to issuance.
