       SECTIONS 5705.19(H) AND 5705.191 OF THE REVISED CODE AND REQUESTING
       THE CUYAHOGA COUNTY AUDITOR TO CERTIFY THE TOTAL CURRENT TAX
       VALUATION OF THE CITY AND THE DOLLAR AMOUNT OF REVENUE THAT
       WOULD BE GENERATED BY THAT ADDITIONAL LEVY, AND DECLARING AN

       COMPANIES TO OPERATE THE SAME, AND REQUESTING THE CUYAHOGA
