The charts are large and easy to read. The finishing instructions are clear and concise. This is a very good publication from start to finish and worthy of a "5-star" rating. Highly recommend!!! A ++++++ (1) 5 of 5 people found the following review helpful Nice designs, execution lacking, September 4, 2007 By N. Reister (Galesburg, IL) This review is from: Joan Elliott's Native American Cross Stitch (Hardcover) The designs in the book are interesting and challenging, though they are certainly not authentic Native American designs. I've put a good 10 hours or so into the "Indian Maiden" design only to discover that there is an entire column missing from the chart. I don't know yet if the other designs have problems, but do check them over carefully before beginning. (2) 5 of 5 people found the following review helpful Awesome Book, June 29, 2006 By K. J. Grissom "cross-stitch fanatic" (Cowtown, USA) This review is from: Joan Elliott's Native American Cross Stitch (Hardcover) This book is full of designs that cover a variety of the Indian tribes and contains key information as why particular colors were chosen or the significance of a motif. I have several designs in the book started and cannot wait to finish them. Easy to read charts with the colors to help guide along make many of the projects come alive off the page as you are working.
