Proceeds from this event are used to fund CCEC student travel to academic competitions and

TIMES: 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
LOCATION: Student Union (1 UNF Drive, Bldg 58 W, 3rd Floor, Jacksonville, FL 32224)
SET-UP / LUNCH: 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. (set-up) / 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. (lunch)
BREAKDOWN: 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.
COST: $600 (+ 7% tax) per company. [No refunds will be offered after Wednesday, September 26. The last day
to register for the Showcase will be Wednesday, October 3, or until event sells out, whichever comes first.
Please note that this event sold out last year. Please register early!]
REGISTRATION INCLUDES: 6' skirted table / chairs, lunch provided for up to 4 representatives and parking
permits. An interview room will also be available on-site at the Showcase.
PLEASE NOTE: Access to electricity will ONLY be available on a first come, first serve basis. Wi-Fi is available
throughout the display hall.

fax to (904) 620-2690 in order to tentatively reserve your spot. Forms may also be mailed to: The University of

Payment options accepted include check or credit card (see payment section below). Once payment is received
in full, your registration and reserved table at the event will be confirmed and a receipt and employer event
packet will be e-mailed to your attention.

ALL recruiters and company representatives attending any UNF Recruiting Event are REQUIRED to have a valid parking pass and
to adhere to all parking rules and regulations when visiting the UNF campus.

Prior to the event, Career Services will provide detailed instructions on where to park. Please note, the parking instructions
provided in that packet are the ONLY parking options that are covered by the event registration fee. Please review the parking
packet in advance of the event, and contact Career Services prior to the event if you have any questions.
ALL motor vehicles parked on University property MUST display a valid parking permit. Recruiters or company representatives
may obtain a parking pass from the designated parking lot location, provided after registration in the parking information packet.
Provided parking passes are available for pick-up ONLY at the location designated by the parking information packet. Permits that
are purchased at the Main Campus Parking booths will NOT be reimbursed by UNF Career Services.
If you or any recruiter/representative of your company chooses to disregard UNF parking regulations (i.e. by parking in a restricted
or reserved parking space or parking without a permit), you or your company assume all responsibility for parking tickets received.
UNF Career Services will NOT pay ANY parking fines or fees.

Cancellation / No Show Policy
PLEASE NOTE: UNF Career Services will refund or offer credit (for a future career fair) for cancellations received in writing by
September 26, 2012. Please contact the Jackie Pruett directly by e-mail at email@example.com to cancel your registration. For credit
card payments, a $20 processing fee will be deducted from your organization's cancellation refund.
Any cancellations received in writing AFTER September 26, 2012 may be considered for credit (for a future career fair) on a case-by-
case basis. Furthermore, if you have not paid your registration in full and cancel after September 26, 2012, you will still be held
responsible for payment.
No shows (without written cancellation in advance of the event) will be held responsible for payment. Outstanding payments from
any UNF recruiting event will prevent your organization from participating in other events or services until your bill is paid in full.
