Terms and Conditions.
Copies of articles in the Bulletin will be provided where practicable, subject to the following.
1. Where required articles are in Issues that remain in stock, the enquirer will be provided with the whole
Issue/s at the price quoted in the Society’s price list current at the time of the order.
2. Where required articles are in Issues for which no stock remains then the Society will use its best
endeavours to provide a clear and readable copy.
NOTE that where the article contains illustrations, particularly photographs, no guarantees
can be given concerning the quality of copies from such illustrations.
3. Copy enquiries should be directed to the Quartermaster, quoting the Issue number, title and / or author
and the page numbers. For administrative reasons, single orders in excess of 20 Bulletin pages cannot
normally be accepted.
(The number of pages may be calculated from the Contents list on the Society Website, where
page numbers are inclusive.)
4. Payment should accompany any order, prices as quoted in the Society’s list current at the time.
5. The Society retains the right to withdraw the copy service without notice.

WEBSITE UPDATE
THE SHOPPING BASKET FEATURE ON THE WEBSITE produces a “Purchase Order” listing your
selection, and this will be sent to the Society. When we have confirmed with you availability and total cost,
including postage, we will issue a Paypal invoice. On receipt of the Invoice you can pay through Paypal by
following the on-screen prompts, or you can send a cheque to the address given at the top of the Order, made
payable to the Military Historical Society. The goods will be forwarded as soon as possible following receipt
of the order in the usual way.
Paypal payment option.
For those unfamiliar with Paypal, you do not need your own Paypal account. It allows payment to be made
with the majority of credit and debit cards through secure servers.
