                   3 . ANNUAL HOLIDAY CRAFT FAIR DECEMBER 3, 2011

Tables will be assigned on FIRST RESPONSE BASIS.

A $15.00 refundable deposit is due with table request payment.
DEPOSIT IN CASH OR SEPARATE CHECK IS REQUIRED.
Before applying for a table, please contact Dianne Hastings. Email address is mhast137@aol.com or
at cell phone 832-630-6266 to verify that no other vendor is selling the same item as you.
Table layout is subject to change.
Chairs for vendors will be available if needed.
Vendors are required to set up within their own table area.
To maintain a high quality and professional appearance for this event, please give special attention to
your table appearance.
Vendors are responsible for keeping his/her area neat and clean. All trash and debris is to be cleaned up
by the vendor during the day and after breakdown. All trash, tape, etc. must be removed. Failure to do
so will result in forfeiture of $ 15.00 deposit.

Table set-up times will begin at 6 pm to 9 pm on December 2nd.
If you are unable to set-up then, set-up for day of event will begin at 7:00 am.
Craft Fair will open at 9:00 am to the public.
Table closing time is 5:00 pm on December 3rd.

NO EARLY BREAKDOWNS. Violators will lose access to future FCBC Craft Fairs and their deposit.

FCBC will not be responsible for any damages, loss or theft incurred during the craft show.

Vendors are requested to park their vehicles (after unloading) in area near church storage building.

Ample publicity will be provided by FCBC. Any assistance you could provide in addition to FCBC is
appreciated.
Fliers will be available at the church office starting November 1,2011. Please call 281-487-3587 before
to make sure they are still available.

Please do not bring any children under the age of 18.

A completed application and paid table fee is your commitment to show. There are no refunds! If you
are unable to attend the show for any reason, or if you do not check in and claim your space by
9:00 am all fees shall be forfeited.
Once application is received, the vendor will receive a postcard notifying them that their application
has been accepted and processed.
Due to space constraints, limited electricity, and duplications, we reserve the right to return your fee
and application once we are out of space

List everything you intend to sell. This helps with our advertising as well as keeping us from
overbooking a particular item. If you have something unusual, please describe.
You must specify brand/product line. For example “Pampered Chef”, “Tupperware”, etc.

You will need to provide your own heavy-duty extension and power cords. They must be taped down
with heavy-duty duct tape. All hook-ups should be GFI compatible. We will not have electricity for
non-approved vendors on the day of the Craft Fair. We cannot guarantee that we will have available
electricity after November 20th deadline.
