SOCCER TRYOUTS ARE COMING: All girls and boys interested in trying out for soccer, should come to the field at
3:00 on Tuesday and Thursday. Bring both a white and dark (blue/black) shirt to tryouts. Ms. Strange
ENJOY A FREEZE POP AFTER SCHOOL: Silver Wolves' Freeze Pop Sale begins 9/4 through 9/14 after school, in front of
Toll.
DID YOU KNOW? In the dining room, instead of typing your ID number in the computer, you can scan your student
ID! Mrs. Almazon
ATTENTION ALL 8TH GRADERS: Credit letters from your 8th grade counselor, Mrs. Castagnari, have been sent home.
They have important information about your credits and the requirements for participating in all promotional
activities. Be sure to review the letters with your parent and return the signed bottom section to the Counseling
Office. If you have questions, come by the Counseling Office at snack, lunch or after-school.

YEARBOOK - If you would like to pre-order a yearbook, please see Mr. Andersen in Room 1105. The pre-order price
is only $40.

BUS PASSES ON SALE: Get your bus pass now! They are good 31 days from date of purchase. Only $22 and available

TOLL CHEER/PEP SQUAD AUDITIONS: We will be interviewing and auditioning new members for the TOLL Middle
School Cheer/Pep Squad for the 2012 - 2013 school year. Members will participate at all school sponsored games -
basketball, football, soccer and other intramural sports as well as fostering school spirit through performances as
requested. Information sheets are available at the attendance office beginning Monday. A MANDATORY parent
meeting will be held on Thursday - September 13. If you wish to be a part of the team, your parent or guardian must
attend the meeting to obtain an application. Mrs. Neel

PICTURE MAKE-UP DAY – WERE YOU ABSENT ON PICTURE DAY? DO YOU NEED A CHANGE MADE TO YOUR STUDENT
ID CARD? ATTEND PICTURE MAKE-UP DAY ON WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 12 IN THE AUDITORIUM.
Awards Breakfast: All 8th graders who earned a GPA of 3.5 or above at the end of 7th grade are invited to the
"Academic Club of Excellence" breakfast this Thursday, Sept. 13 that 7:15 a.m. in the cafeteria. This event is by
invitation, so if you received an invitation, be sure to show your parent and have them join you on Thursday morning
for breakfast where you will receive your award. If you think you should have been invited, but didn't receive an
invite, stop by the counseling office at snack, lunch or after-school and we can verify your GPA.
