Plums and Basil on Toast Ingredients: 1 Loaf French bread 2 Tablespoons olive oil ½ Cup cream cheese 2 Fresh plums, pitted and sliced 1 Cup fresh basil Directions: Cut bread into 1-inch slices. Brush with olive oil and toast in a 350 degrees oven until golden brown. Spread each slice with cream cheese. Place a slice of plum on each, and garnish with a fresh basil leaf.
