Office 2010 looks very different from Office 2003 and means that Microsoft has changed the way you work
within the applications. You no longer have a “Menu” bar, you will now have a “Ribbon” and “Backstage”
view.

There are two resources location on the Organizational Common Drive to assist you in the transition from a
Menu to a Ribbon.

Microsoft’s Online Help function is now accessed via the Question Mark icon in the upper right corner of all
applications just below the exit button.

Microsoft’s On-line Help allows you to search for resources by keyword, topics, etc.
