                   Spring PTSA 2010 Craft Fair Terms and Conditions
       Date: Saturday March 6, 2010 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

       Cost: $50.00 10’x 6’space if postmarked before 1/20/2010. After January 20th the fee is $60.00.
        Tables and chairs not provided. Chair rental $2.00 each. Electric not guaranteed.

       Check or money order payable to: LRHS PTSA. A $45 non-sufficient funds fee will be applied.
        Confirmation notice and space assignment will be sent by email on or about February 1st.

       All items for sale must be hand crafted. LRHS PTSA reserves the right to remove any vendor not
         in compliance with this rule.

        Set up: Cafeteria vendors set up Friday 4 pm to 6 pm. We must be out of the building by
         6pm on Friday. NO EARLY BIRDS. Hall vendors set up Saturday 8:00 a.m. (hall vendors
         cannot set up on Friday) NO EARLY BIRDS.

        Break-down: Saturday, March 6, 2010 - no earlier than 3:00 p.m. The building must be empty
         by 5pm on Saturday.

        Parking: Day of event parking for vendors must use Cromwell Bridge Road lot.

        Cancellation: Deadline for 80% refund February 6th. No refund after 2-6-10. If, for any reason
         this event is cancelled, this agreement shall become null and void and of no effect. Full refund
         will be made. All other issues shall be subject to the decision of LRHS PTSA and shall bind the
         exhibitor.

        Smoking: By order of Baltimore County Public Schools, smoking is prohibited on all school
         property.

    Submission of completed contract form indicates acceptance of all terms and conditions stated both herein and on the
    registration contract. By acceptance of the agreement, the exhibitor expressly releases the LRHS PTSA and Baltimore
    County Public Schools from all liability for any damage, injury or harm to any person or to any goods from any cause
    whatsoever.

    PLEASE – no phone calls after 8 pm or after 2/27/10. Emails after 2/27/10 may or may not be answered.

    Please see unloading and vendor parking information. If your car is left un-attended after you
    unload in the fire lane, BCPD may ticket your vehicle. They hold no exceptions to any vehicles left
    in the fire lane.
