  All Prices Are Subject to A 21% Service Charge and a 7% New Jersey State Tax. 3,000 Is
Required Upon Signing of The Definite Contract. An Additional 3,500 is due 3 Months later
 5,000 Is Due, 8 Months Prior to the Affair and 6 Months prior 50% is due. Final Count is
 Due 14 Days Prior to the affair. Final Payment Is Required 10 Days Prior to the Event by
                                  Certified Check or Cash.
                             All Payments are Non-Refundable

                                        Value Dates
During the month of December we reserve the right to decorate our Lobby for the Holiday
Cancellations: 50% deposit refundable if the Room is rebooked with Party of Equal Value.

 If the cancellation occurs 6 months prior to the affair the client is responsible for the full
                                     contracted price.
