The Group now wishes to recruit for the following position based at Dunbia (Dungannon): GRADUATE BUSINESS ANALYST We are offering a Graduate, the opportunity to join our Information Technology team. The Role Working with our Project Managers, duties will include: Development of a sound knowledge of our business systems; Understanding the impact of changes; Liaising with Business Managers and end users; Documenting and prioritising business requirements across associated business areas; Support system testing and end user training; Reviewing and documenting major business process; Proposing changes to improve business performance. Essential Criteria A good academic background (i.e. degree in a Business related discipline, Computer Science, or MSc equivalent); A positive can do approach; The ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes; Ability to work on your own initiative and also work well as part of a team; Have excellent Microsoft Office experience including Word and Excel; Possess a current driving license; Good problem solving skills and creative ability.
