							Phillip Wells, Celebrity Chef
Phillip reverted to his first love of cooking after many years working in the city. He now spends
his time travelling around the country working on demonstrations at food fairs and festivals. He
also works closely with celebrity chefs on TV shows and recipe photo shoots. Phil has recently
been working on the BBC TV programme The Great British Menu and at the Masterchef Live
Event in London.


Shay Cooper, Executive Chef at The Bingham in Richmond
Drawing on over 10 years experience at Michelin-starred restaurants, Shay delivers well
executed seasonal menus showcasing the best in British food and incorporating the finest
regional produce. The Bingham holds three AA Rosettes and was awarded its first Michelin Star
in January this year.


Steve Drake of Drake’s at The Clock House, Ripley
Steve started his cooking career at the Ritz hotel in the early nineties and went on to work for
some of the country’s leading chefs including Nico Ladenis and Marco Pierre White. In 2004,
Steve and his wife Serina fulfilled a lifelong ambition and opened their own restaurant- Drake’s.
The restaurant was named Good Food Guide’s Newcomer of the Year in 2004 and was awarded
a Michelin star a year after opening. They have also achieved 3 AA Rosettes, which they retain
to this day.


Trevor Ogden, Head Chef at The Dining Room, Hersham
After working for seven years as Second Chef at The Dining Room, Trevor spent two years in
Italy expanding his experience, before returning to The Dining Room in 2008 as Head Chef.
Trevor’s unstoppable enthusiasm, innovative talent and obsession with flavours result in his
uniquely quirky British dishes- qualities which The Dining Room has built a reputation for over
its 25 year history in Hersham.
Mohammed Tadimi, Head Chef at Exotic Tagine

Mohammed is one of Europe’s most revered Moroccan chefs, a head chef of Exotic Tagine - a
Kingston favourite and South West London's premier Moroccan caterer. He says: “a meal shared
in Morocco amongst friends and family is a wonderful experience and we at Exotic Tagine would
like to offer you the opportunity of enjoying this delightful occasion here in England too.”
