MIAMI BASED NAIL CHAIN ADDS AIRPORT CONCESSION VETERAN
                                    TO ITS ADVISORY BOARD
:10 Minute Manicure Names David Kellerman As Newest Board Member

MIAMI, FL—Setting the stage for continued airport expansion, :10 Minute Manicure tapped airport
industry insider David Kellerman, retail manager of the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport (CVG),
as its newest advisory board member. In January 2006, :10 Minute Manicure opened its premiere
location within the B concourse of CVG and quickly became one of the airport’s highest grossing
concessions measured in square feet. A compact, 155 square-foot space with three manicure
stations averaged $1,800 per square foot in its first year.

The progressive vision shared by the Kenton County Airport Board and Kellerman that service
concepts like :10 Minute Manicure would be popular among traveling consumers and profitable in
terms of revenue for the airport, led to Kellerman’s appointment.

“Our goal at :10 Minute Manicure is to be the leader of express nail services where customers can
receive the same great service whether they are in Cincinnati, Toronto or Miami,” said company
CEO Lorraine O’Neil. “As we continue our controlled expansion, we want to surround ourselves with
an advisory board that can add value and insight to our business, and certainly David Kellerman fits
that role.”

:10 Minute Manicure opened an additional 10 locations in the US and Canada, ranging in size from
47 square feet to 1,200 square feet and can be found in some of the world’s busiest airports
including JFK International and Toronto Pearson International. In the next six months the company
will add six more locations including Miami International Airport, Newark Liberty International, Dulles
International and a second JFK location in Terminal 3, among others.

“:10 Minute Manicure struck me as special when they demonstrated their passion for their business
and hands-on management style,” said Kellerman. “Customers consistently compliment the
company and its services and I am excited to be an advisor and assist them in any way I can to
succeed in the airport environment.”

Kellerman, of Lakeside Park, KY, began his career in the airport arena when he joined the Kenton
County Airport Board in 2000. In his current role, he oversees all aspects of the retail/service
concessions program comprised of more than 75 specialty retail and service locations. Prior to
joining the airport industry, Kellerman served for more than a decade in regional management
capacity for a large retail chain and enjoyed many years as an owner/operator in the food service
industry. Active within the airport and local community, his philanthropic interests include the NMSS
Helping Hands Campaign and serving on the KCAB committee for collaborative efforts for JDRF
and United Way. Kellerman holds a BS in Management Operations from Northern Kentucky
University.

In his advisory role, Kellerman will assist the company on ways to maximize performance in its
airport-based locations. Kellerman joins advisory board member and Miami-based dermatologist
Alysa Herman, M.D. who gives guidance to the company on service delivery methodology and
sterilization practices.

The Miami-based :10 Minute Manicure currently operates nine airport locations and two additional
non-airport salons. For more information access www.10minutemanicure.com or call 305.655.2510.
