ENGLISH LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT
Proficiency in English (via the IELTS Academic exam or TOEFL) is required for all nonnative English speakers regardless of current residence. Students who may request exemption from such a test include nonnative English speakers who have completed a degree (bachelor’s or higher) from a university or college in the following native English-speaking countries only: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Exemptions are very rare and are the final decision of the Admissions Office.
