Application form for IFES InterAction
Before you fill in the application form, please check if you fit our programs! You can find all the
necessary information on the website.
Important Details
If you apply, please send with your application form a sterling cheque (or a Eurocheque
made out in sterling) for £ 30 made payable to IFES (NB not InterAction). We regret that
the deposit is non-returnable. Please also attach 2 recent photographs.
You must be in agreement with the IFES Doctrinal Basis and we ask you to sign a copy of this
to indicate your agreement.
You can find the closing date for applications on the website but we would encourage you to
return your form as soon as possible. This will enable us to have enough time to process your
application form and for you to have more chance of getting your preferred country placement.
Our procedure on receipt of the application form is to take up your references and also to invite
you for an interview with one of our staff, or another person familiar with IFES InterAction in your
home country. We look forward very much to hearing from you as you consider this exciting
possibility.

THE INTERNATIONAL FELLOWSHIP OF
EVANGELICAL STUDENTS
DOCTRINAL BASIS
The Doctrinal Basis of the Fellowship shall be the fundamental truths of Christianity,
including:
(a) The unity of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit in the Godhead.
(b) The sovereignty of God in creation, revelation, redemption and final judgement.
(c) The divine inspiration and entire trustworthiness of Holy Scripture, as originally
given, and its supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct.
(d) The universal sinfulness and guilt of all men since the fall, rendering them subject
to God’s wrath and condemnation.
(e) Redemption from the guilt, penalty, dominion and pollution of sin, solely through
the sacrificial death (as our Representative and Substitute) of the Lord Jesus Christ, the
incarnate Son of God.
(f) The bodily resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ from the dead and His ascension to
the right hand of God the Father.
(g) The presence and power of the Holy Spirit in the work of regeneration.
(h) The justification of the sinner by the grace of God through faith alone.
(i) The indwelling and work of the Holy Spirit in the believer.
(j) The one Holy Universal Church which is the Body of Christ and to which all true
believers belong.
(k) The expectation of the personal return of the Lord Jesus Christ.
