Refurbishment of
Clubhouse
The roof refurbishment has
now been successfully
completed and I hope you
agree looks much better.
You have probably noticed
that we are trying to
smarten up the outside of
the clubhouse/car park and
garden areas, and will be
continuing with this over the
autumn with Andy MacLean
using his considerable
talents to restore the front of
the clubhouse. The new
water colour of the tennis centre is also on display above the fireplace in the clubhouse. We have
also discovered an old picture of the clubhouse and courts when it was a cricket club ! We plan to
frame it and put up in the clubhouse.

Court 3 and 4 AGC's are starting to wear out, and quotes are being obtained to replace them in
time for next summer.

The new 'glass' club honours boards have been ordered, and should be with us mid-September
We are also installing new glass trophy cabinets to go in the bar area.

Clay Dome – Both domes have had their major electrical maintenance checks completed in August
and the clay dome is currently having a major clean-up and the ring beam serviced.
