  THE COURT, having heard and considered the Petition for Order re Declaration of
Completion of Probate & Declaration of Mailing (the "Petition") of Petitioner Petitioner;

                                                FINDS:

   1. On July 4, 2003, this Court admitted Decedent’s Will to probate, appointed Joseph
Jones as Decedent’s Personal Representative, and granted him/her Nonintervention
Powers.

   2. On July 4, 2004, the Personal Representative filed his/her Declaration of
Completion of Probate with this Court. In the Declaration, the Personal Representative
states that he/she has paid or proposes to pay certain fees to the Personal Representative,
lawyers, appraisers, or accountants.

   3. Petitioner is a beneficiary under Decedent’s Will.

                                          AND ORDERS:

   Joseph Jones as Decedent’s Personal Representative to:
    a. File a verified accounting of his/her administration of Decedent’s estate.

    b. Obtain the approval of this Court for the amount of all such fees paid or proposed
       to be paid from Decedent’s estate.
