• Unite the schools of Knox County and partner
with the local businesses and industry.
• Instill the importance of industry to everyday
life and develop the passion and values of the
workforce of today and tomorrow.
The stakeholders will identify the
students and specific areas of study. The
foundation and stakeholders will guide
and direct the students to the industry or
trade that best identifies the interest of
the student.
Partnerships with industry that are
relative to each program of study will
develop.

• Develop fellowships with local businesses and pair
students with their desired path of study.
• Encourage industry to come into our schools to help
direct and train our teachers. (We welcome and
encourage industry to help our instructors stay trained
and introduced to the new and innovative ideas and
methods of their specific industry).
• Stimulate the economy by providing a workforce that
will be trained and encouraged by the specific
industry that is their desired passion and focus.
