18          DEANNA PATRICK, as personal representative of the estate of the above-named
19
     decedent, having filed a Petition for Final Distribution without rendering account, and the report
20
     and petition coming on this day, August 1,1997, regularly for hearing in Department B of the
21
     above-entitled Court, the Honorable Jerold Krieger, Judge presiding, the Court, after examining
22

23   the petition and hearing the evidence, finds that due notice of the hearing of the petition has been

24   regularly given as prescribed by law; that all of the allegations of the petition are true; that the
25
     assets described in this decree of distribution comprise the entire estate on hand for distribution;
26
     that no federal estate taxes were due from the estate; that all personal property taxes due and
27

     payable by said estate have been paid; and that said report and petition should be approved and

     distribution ordered as prayed for.

1           IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED by the Court that notice to creditors has been given as
2
     required by law; that the personal representative has in his possession belonging to said estate the
3
     assets described later herein; that said report and petition are approved; the personal representative
4

     is authorized to retain $20,000 as a reserve for closing expenses and to pay liabilities and to

6    deliver the unused portion to the beneficiaries of the estate without further Court Order; that the
7    personal representative is hereby authorized to pay to himself the sum of $_____________ hereby
8
     allowed as statutory commissions.

     IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the decedent's will disposes of her estate as follows:

11   All of the residue and remainder of the estate, hereinafter more particularly described, together

12   with any other property of the estate not now known or discovered which may belong to the estate,
13
     or in which the decedent or the estate may have an interest, is hereby distributed to DEANNA
14
     PATRICK.

            The residue of the estate, in so far as is now known, consists of the following property:
