individual single-family homes which are grouped together on shared land, in clusters of
eight units, with shared-space concepts such as play areas, community gardens and fire
pits. Two of the little cluster PODS are shared commons area buildings which could be a
guest house, home office, gourmet kitchen or entertaining area, gym and many other
ideas unique to each cluster’s interests. Designed to be aesthetically pleasing with
elevated ceilings, large windows and lots of outdoor living space, these little houses are
big on todays’ newest technology. They include flat screen TVs and a computer, which
are included in the price of the homes.

Len Weimer of Deblen Investments, the founding director of the US SMART Building

change that. Now is the perfect time for these concepts to become reality”.
