                       Shredded confit of duck & orange salad with hazelnuts


                       Hake & bacalao fishcakes served with a coriander mojo


    Puff pastry topped with garlic mushrooms – mixed wild mushrooms, parsley, cream & sherry


  Slow cooked Welsh brisket of beef cooked in Rioja red wine & shallots with a garlic potato puree


                            Chocolate torte & brandied whipped cream


                                Tarta de Santiago with crème fraiche


                  Vanilla ice cream with pedro ximenez (a raisiny, port type drink)

          A non-refundable deposit of £5 per person is required to confirm your booking

         This menu is only available during December, a vegetarian menu is also available
