					                                     WARRANTY DEED


       THAT, CONTROLLED ASSET INVESTMENT GROUP, LLC, a New Hampshire

limited liability company, with an address of 25 Golden Gate Drive, Hooksett, New Hampshire,

03106, for consideration paid, grants to

with WARRANTY COVENANTS, the following described premises:

       A certain tract or parcel of land situated in Hooksett, County of Merrimack and State of
New Hampshire, and shown as Tax Map 47, Lot 32-            , as shown on plan of land entitled
“Rae Brook Farm” Tax Map 47, Lots 22 & 32, 11 Mammoth Road, Hooksett, NH 03106, dated
February 4, 2005, with revisions through 8/2/05, prepared by True Engineering, and recorded at
the Merrimack County Registry of Deeds as Plan No. 17535, and 17942.

        Together with an undivided equal interest in the Open Space Areas identified as Tax Map
47 Lot 32 on said Plan No. 17535, and 17942. Each owner shall have a right and easement of
use, access and enjoyment to the Open Space Areas, and such easement shall be appurtenant to
and shall pass with the title to every lot.

       Said premises are conveyed subject to the Declaration of Covenant and Restrictions for
Rae Brook Farm Subdivision, dated January 9, 2006, and recorded at the Merrimack County
Registry of Deeds in Book 2859 Pages 562-572 .

       Said premises are conveyed subject to all easements, rights, restrictions and requirements
as shown on said Plan No. 17535, and 17942 or referred to on said Plan No. 17535, and 17942.

      Said premises are conveyed together with a right of way over the streets and roads as
shown on said Plan No.17535, and 17942.

       Meaning and intending to convey a portion of the premises conveyed to the said
Controlled Asset Investment Group, LLC by the following deeds:
       (a)      That from The Church of Christ, dated November 2, 1998 and recorded in the
Merrimack County Registry of Deeds, Book 2125, Page 1251,
       (b)     That from Roger A. Letendre, dated January 21, 2005, and recorded at said
Registry of Deeds, Book 2743, Page 571, and
       (c)     That from John Perun, Jr. and Richard Perun, dated October 25, 2005 and
recorded at said Registry of Deeds, Book 2835, Page 260. See also corrective deed recorded in
said Registry of Deeds, Book 2837, Page 19.
