system – 2 FRP cooling towers (10 HP, 5 HP, 3 HP, 2 HP & 1 HP pumps with panel board)
and complex routing of 200 mtrs of 2” pipe, fittings and valves with minimum head loss to
Autoclave, Compressor and Fan cooling units.

Read P&ID, check the drawing with P&ID. 3D Model of Power Plant in PDMS. Review the
model for any clashes through the use of PDMS review and resolve the clashes. Create
Hanger & supports model through PDMS ‘Design’ application. Extracting Pipe isometric
drawing in PDMS ‘Isodraft’ application and convert in Auto CAD and checking with P&ID.
Extracting BILL OF MATERIAL and Bulk MTO. Generating equipment layout, piping
layout and cross-section drawings through PDMS ‘Draft’ application .Check all detail design
drawing before submitting for approval.

Creating different type of equipments with correct dimension and create nozzle on equipment
with correct elevation , orientation and size in PDMS. Create different size of pipe with
component. Creating structure , ladder and platform in PDMS. Review the model for any
