West Branch Recycling In order to use the West Branch Recycling Center you must live in one of the following areas: City of West Branch, West Branch Township, Ogemaw Township, Foster Township, Horton Township, Edwards Township, Churchill Township, Klacking Township, Rose Township or City of Rose City. We are currently accepting ONLY the following items: #1 and #2 Plastics ONLY Look for Recycling symbol/number on the bottom of containers-discard caps. Glass, Tin and Aluminum Containers Paper/Magazines/Newspaper/Cardboard West Branch Recycling Hours of Operation: Tuesday 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 – 1:00 p.m. You must present your recycling card each time you use the facility. Individuals without cards will be denied. Ogemaw Boys & Girls Club! This is a latchkey program which runs from 4-6pm on school days. There is a large variety of educational, recreational and cultural programs to enrich young lives. Ogemaw Boys and Girls Club is a non-profit Corporation. Call Ellen to register or with questions. During this time you may experience rusty water; if this happens, just let your tap water run for a few minutes and it should clear up. The rusty water is not harmful to you. Check you water condition before washing any laundry; the rusty water will stain your clothing. If you have any questions concerning this procedure, please contact City Hall at 345-0500.
