                            FOR IMPORTER SECURITY FILING


KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT

__________________________________________________________________________________(“Grantor”), a
corporation with an office at ________________________________________________________________and
doing business under the laws of the State of __________________________________________, hereby
constitutes and appoints LOGIN LOGISTICS, LLC (“Login”) as a true and lawful agent and attorney of the
grantor with full power and authority to (a) file on behalf of Grantor, Importer Security Filings (“ISF”) for Grantor’s
shipments as required in 19 C.F.R. Part 149 of the regulations of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (“CBP”); (b)
perform every lawful act and thing the said agent and attorney may deem requisite and necessary to accomplish
sush filings on behalf of the said Grantor without limitation of any kind as fully as said Grantor could do if present
and acting, and hereby ratify and confirm all that said agent and attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by
virtue of these presents; and (c) appoint affiliated and unaffiliated sub-agents to make ISF filings on Grantor’s
behalf. This power of attorney shall continue in existence until notice in writing of revocation is duly given by
Grantor.


Grantor shall be responsible for providing the information to complete the ISF filing form, except for the
information that Login has agreed to fill in under the situation of a consolidation shipment. Grantor vendor’s are
required to fill in all other sections of the ISF document and submit to Login or its agent, no less than 7 days prior to
vessel loading if LCL cargo is shipping and no less than 72 hours prior to vessel departure if FCL cargo is shipping.


Grantor acknowledges that it has the responsibility for making the ISF, that is has and will maintain a continuous
bond in an appropriate amount to cover its potential liability to CBP under these regulations, and that it and/or its
surety will hold Login harmless and indemnify it for any fine, penalty or liquidated damages that CBP may impose
with respect to the ISF, unless such fine, penalty or liquidated damages is solely attributable to the negligence of
Login.
