Dear Physician,

I am writing to inform you of an exciting decision that has been made regarding
enteral/oral nutrition for Houston ISD special needs students. Houston ISD has decided
to use Nestle Nutrition for enteral and oral nutrition products. The switch to Nestle
products will take place in August 2009, prior to the beginning of the fall semester.

Should you currently or in the future have any patients requiring enteral/oral nutrition
products, please consult the enclosed formulary list for products offered. I have also
included side by side nutritional comparisons of the most commonly prescribed products.
