VUMC Web Sub Site Database Entry Form

          1.) apply for a developer (ftp) account to the VUMC web server

          2.) request the creation of a "subsite record" for the Database of VUMC Websites, accessible via the new
          site search button <http://www.mc.vanderbilt.edu/root/Search.html> A "subsite record" provides
          descriptive information about a VUMC department or organization and can provide a link to your
          department's Web site.
