Knowledge/Skills:
   1. Demonstrable experience in an administrative or clerical customer facing role and an
      interest in human resources issues.

   2. A professional manner with customers, displaying a ‘can-do’ attitude at all times.

   3. Organisational and team working skills with a good knowledge of office systems and
      processes.

   4. Ability to plan and prioritise own workload, solve problems and suggest solutions as well
      as a proven track record of meeting objectives with the minimum of supervision.

   5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, IT literate especially Word, Excel,
      Outlook and Internet searching.

   6. Experience of working with large databases including the administration and support of
      self service functionality.

   7. Ability to complete tasks accurately and with a high degree of attention to detail and to
      recommend solutions by analysing problems.

   8. Experience of working under pressure in a team or project environment to meet tight
      deadlines.

   9. Ability to manage business and employee information with confidentiality, discretion and
      sensitivity.
