                             SEPTEMBER 15, 2010
                                 MINUTES

The Board of Aldermen of the Village of Pleak, Texas met in Regular Session, open
to the public, on September 15, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in the Pleak Village Hall located at
6621 FM 2218 South, Richmond, Texas. Larry Bittner was absent. Mayor Margie
Krenek opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance.

       1.     Council to approve or correct the minutes as presented from the
              August 18, 2010 council meeting.
                      Approved as presented.
       2.     Presentation of the bank account balances and monthly bills paid.

       3.       Council to discuss monthly bills and approve the financial reports.
                        Dickie Jaynes made the motion to accept the monthly bills paid
                and financial reports. Michael John made the second and the motion
                carried by a unanimous vote.
       4.       Public comments from Village Citizens.

       5.       Monthly report from the Fire Department
                        None
       6.       Mayor Margie Krenek to present the 2010 Fort Bend County
                Fair Proclamation.
                        Mayor Krenek presented the 2010 Fort Bend County Fair
                Proclamation.
       7.       Mayor Margie Krenek to present a Proclamation for Domestic
                Violence Awareness Month.
                        Mayor Margie Krenek presented the Proclamation for Domestic
                Violence Awareness Month.
       8.       Council to discuss and take action on the make-shift signs posted on
                the fence at the intersection of FM 2218 and Hwy.36.
                        Dickie Jaynes made the motion to give notification of the Village
                of Pleak’s Sign Ordinanance and time allotted to remove the signs to the
                businesses that have placed the make-shift signs on the fence at the
                intersections of Hwy.36 and FM 2218. James Goates made the second
                and the motion carried by a unanimous vote.
       9.       Adjournment.
                        James Goates made the motion to adjourn. Dickie Jaynes made the
                second and the motion carried by a unanimous vote.
