CALIFORNIA ARMY NATIONAL GUARD ACCESSIONS TASK FORCE FULL TIME NATIONAL GUARD SPECIAL WORK (FTNGDSW) LONG TERM TOUR ANNOUNCEMENT 1. Position Tour Number: ATF FTNGDSW 08-02 2. Position Title: Recruiting and Retention NCO, Accessions Task Force (SQI 4 DMOS 79T40) 3. Unit/Location: THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS FOR VARIOUS STATEWIDE POSITION VACANICIES. 4. A minimum score of 110 GT (waiverable with 100 GT and 105 ST score). c. High school graduate with diploma; or have one year of college with GED. d. E4s must be a PLDC / WLC graduate (include copy of DA Form 1059). e. Minimum NAC Clearance (Verification of National Agency Check Memorandum Required from State Security Clearance Branch). 10. Selecting Supervisor: Commander, ATF 11. Military Status: Full-Time National Guard Special Work (FTNGDSW) Military Title 32 12. Applicants must, as a minimum, submit the following documents and meet all applicable criteria: Missing documentation will disqualify your application: a. ARNG Form 1058-R and 1058-I (with M-Day Unit Commander's signature and date approving the tour). Ensure the position announcement number and title are on the top of page one of the application. b. Retirement Point Accounting Management (RPAM) statement. c. Personal Qualification Record (PQR) information must be accurate, if not, have unit Readiness NCO submit corrections. ATF FTNGDSW 08-02 - Recruiting and Retention NCO, Accessions Task Force (SQI 4 DMOS 79T40) d. Certified copy of DA Form 705 (APFT) demonstrating passing APFT within twelve months. Ensure that height and weight is in compliance and annotated on the DA Form 705. e. DA Form 5500/5501 Body Fat Worksheet, if applicable. f. MEPCOM Form 680-ADP or REDD Report demonstrating qualifying ASVAB/AFCT scores. g. Security Clearance / National Agency Check (NAC) verification required: Applicants must at a minimum posses a favorable NAC within the past 10 years. Expired NAC or Security Clearance requires completion of CA ARNG Form 380-67-1, Request for Personnel Security Action and completion of EQIP prior to receiving an interim. h. Current Individual Medical Report (IMR) Printout. The IMR printout must indicate that the applicant meets medical retention standards IAW AR 40-501, chapter 3. A Physical Serial report of 3 or higher identified in the PULHES requires proof of Medical Evaluation Board and a Permanent profile (DA Form 3349). Selected individuals must complete a Periodic Health Assessment (PHA) through the Medical Detachment, Det 8 STARC within 60 days of tour start date. j. Females must complete a pregnancy test (HCG Screen) with negative results within 15- days of start date. k. DA Form 4970 Cardiovascular Screening (over 40 soldiers, if applicable). l. DA Form 1059 for PLDC / WLC. NOTE: Selected applicants will be required to submit additional documents IAW the ATF FTNGDSW Checklist. 13. Brief Job Description: Enlist and retain soldiers in the California Army National Guard in an effort to augment the traditional recruiting force. Provide current status on total lead production and processing enlistment for the unit. Provide current and future soldier retention information. Coordinate and conduct unit strength maintenance training programs. Perform other duties as assigned. Selectees will receive orders based on available funding; orders may cross fiscal years with performance based potential for longevity on FTNGDSW or transition to AGR selection. 14. Applicants selected for FTNGDSW and meeting any one of the following disqualifications will require a NGB waiver prior to entry: a. Unable to serve at least three (3) years on FTNGDSW status prior to achieving eighteen (18) years active federal status or mandatory removal date. b. Submit application to the nearest Recruiting and Retention NCO (RRNCO) in your local area. Local RRNCOs will review and assist with applications, upon completion will submit to their Battalion S-1 for Battalion Commander’s approval. Upon Battalion Commanders approval the applicant will be directed to provide documents IAW the ATF FTNGDSW Checklist for submission to the ATF Brigade S-1.
