Led a team of 10 accounting professionals and administered month and year-end closings. Selected Ernst & Young as
the company’s CPA, ensured they were pre-SOX compliant setting the stage for the company to go public. Implemented
policies and procedures in compliance with GAAP standards. Establish internal controls to safeguard assets. Oversee
preparation of sales and property tax filings and other regulatory filings. Created templates to analyze balance sheets and
income statements. Performed all bank reconciliations and handled depreciation schedules. Created daily and monthly
