  Roast vine tomato and red pepper soup with tappenade and extra virgin olive oil
Chicken liver pate with warm brioche, caramelised red onion and balsamic marmalade
                Mussels in a cream, white wine, garlic and herb sauce
      Galia melon with honey roast figs, passion fruit puree and fresh berries
                                    Main Course
Seared breast of chicken filled with a garlic and herb mousseline wrapped in pancetta
              and served with a red wine and herb jus and fondant potato
Fillets of seabass pan fried and served with saffron potatoes, julienne vegetables, dill
                                       and vermouth
               Pan fried sirloin steak with a brandy and peppercorn sauce
Wild mushroom risotto with parmesan crisp, onion reduction and basil oil and black
                                         truffle oil
