Debra Rocha, MS, JD; has over 20 years of organizational development, business management and legal experience with a variety of major corporations, non-profit organizations, government agencies and academic institutions. She is a certified mediator and expert in dispute resolution and conflict management. Her other areas of expertise include collaboration and problem solving, effective communication, negotiation, and executive coaching. Debra also has substantial experience in the education field and develops and teaches a wide range of business and legal courses at local colleges and universities. Her unique background makes her a sought after lecturer and conference speaker at professional, business and education association events. The community is fortunate to enjoy the service a very dedicated volunteer. Debra is very passionate about her business Mediation Services and about the mediation services she offers to the residents the community at no charge. Her skills as a mediator and her passion for our mission are unparalleled. Debra’s commitment and hard work ensures that people throughout community have access to high quality mediation services at no cost to resolve disputes and build relationships since 1995 Debra has tirelessly given of her time as a volunteer mediator. She has mediated annually over 120 domestic, civil and appellate cases through the OC Superior Court Mediation Program, Community Service Programs and the Los Angeles Court of Appeal, 2nd District. Debra currently serves on the Orange County Mediation Conference Committee Debra is not just an asset to the mediation community but an essential leader and worker for the ongoing publicity and outreach of the bringing mediation and peace to the community. Debra is also a volunteer with the City of Irvine as a Community Emergency Response Team member and currently serves on the ICERT committee, is a member of the Irvine Community Police Academy, an Orange County Red Cross Volunteer and a Career Coach for Executives in transition.
