                  BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
   Map and travel details will be sent on receipt of booking.
   No telephone bookings will be accepted unless immediately confirmed by fax or email.
   Acceptance of a booking commits the sender to payment of the fee.
   Refunds for cancellations are available only when written notification (by letter, fax or email) is received
    no later than the closing date (2 November 2012). No refund is available after that date.
   Non-arrival will result in a charge of 100% of the delegate fee.
   Substitute delegates will be accepted at any time.
   It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the RTPI East of England to change the content or
    timing of the programme, the speakers, the date or the venue.

    England Member and require further information on access to RTPI Regional Conferences at a
    subsidised rate.
