Venue

   If you need assistance or have any questions on how to get to our Vlerick Leuven Gent Management
   School campus, please feel free to contact us.

Interview Room
   You will be allocated an interview room based on the number of representatives you bring with you to
   the event. Each room will be equipped with the following:

           1 table and 2 chairs (minimum)
           beverages for the interviewers
           electrical outlet (if requested)

   Please feel free to display promotional materials inside your interview room or to hang company
   posters on the glass wall of your interview room.

Registration
   Companies are not charged for participating at the MBA Recruitment Day.
   Participation to the event includes:

           Interview Room
           Electricity
           Coffee breaks and lunch
           Assistance throughout the day


Conditions and Stipulations of this Agreement

   Upon confirmation of your registration form, your company is registered and bound to the conditions
   of this Recruitment Day. Please note that only companies that arrange interviews on the day can
   participate at the event.
