      Nature and Extent of involvement of faculty and students in academic affairs/improvements
          The involvement of faculty in developing the students is very good and the response
          from the students in their all round development is also utmost satisfactory.
          Therefore, both of them are actively participating in all events conducted in the
          classroom and off the classroom.

                         The management is taking utmost care while recruiting the faculty. Therefore, there
                         is very good response from the student community and the same is kept confidential
                         with the management only. If there is any problem with the faculty it will be dealt
                         quite smoothly.
                    Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students
                         The management has arranged the grievance redressal mechanism by placing
                         complaint/suggestions boxes, and personal care by the management direct access. It
                         will be dealt separately for the faculty, staff, and students. Therefore, there are no
                         problems in the institution so far.
