The Ottawa Hospital Foundation (TOHF) serves the Riverside, Civic, and General
campuses of The Ottawa Hospital (TOH); our satellite Cancer Centre site, the Irving
Greenberg Family Cancer Centre; and the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute (OHRI).

Hospital Foundation is looking to add you as a member of our very special team. We
are currently searching for a Coordinator, Workplace Campaigns to join our fundraising
team.

Your responsibilities will include:
   Working closely with the Development Officer to coordinate the many functions
      pre/post/during workplace campaigns;
   Liaising with internal and external suppliers and contacts (printers, web
      coordinator, etc.) to facilitate the production of generic, promotional and
      recognition workplace materials;
   Implementing, coordinating and executing workplace stewardship activities on an
      ongoing basis for new and existing workplace campaigns;
   Working in collaboration with Workplace Campaign Administrative Assistant by
      providing support and direction for any related admin tasks.

Desired skills and experience:
    Experience coordinating projects from beginning to end with multiple
       stakeholders/suppliers;
    Experience supporting, coordinating and/or executing workplace campaigns and
       stewarding donors would be a definite asset;
    Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills;
    Strong computer skills including experience with programs such as Raiser’s Edge,
       Mircosoft Publisher, creating mail merges in Microsoft Word, and Outlook;
      Strong writing skills;
      Project and time management skills;
      Tact, diplomacy and maturity in dealing with clients (donors, volunteers, general
       public);
      Ability to adhere to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment;
      Sound, independent judgment;
      Team player; maintain a positive attitude at all times and a strong “get-the-job
       done” work ethic;
      Must have access to a vehicle;
      Bilingualism is a definite asset.

Reporting relationships:
The incumbent reports directly to the Development Officer for daily functional duties and
reports to the Vice-President, Annual Programs for overall workplace campaign direction
and strategy.

Salary range: $39,500 to $45,800 annually
