Memo/Form with deadlines.
Present the following materials to your Teacher
in an organized way:
A copy of your resume
Request for Teacher Recommendation (yellow form)
Addressed envelopes with postage (if college does
not accept electronic submissions)
AFTER speaking to the teacher in person and
completing FERPA, you must submit a REQUEST to
the teacher on Naviance.
