Payment Terms
Payment for single-issue advertising must be made up front and in full. Payments for multiple issues are

made on a bi-monthly basis with payment due on the 15 of the month prior to the ad running. A late
charge of 5% will be added to accounts 30 past due. All ad cancellations and/or changes to ads must be
made 45 days prior to the date the ad is scheduled to run.

ADVERTISING POLICIES
1. True North Publishing shall not be liable for any errors in any advertisement published in the Online
    Magazine. Advertisers’ sole remedy for errors in advertisement is to require True North Publishing
    to correct the error within 7 days of receiving notice of the error from Advertiser.
2. True North Publishing reserves the right to cancel this Agreement at any time upon Advertiser’s failure
    to pay any bill when due.
3. In the event True North Publishing terminates this Agreement, or Advertiser terminates this
     Agreement True North Publishing shall not be required to refund advertising fees that correspond to
     advertisement not published due to such early termination.
4. The Advertiser assumes full and complete responsibility and liability for the content of all Copies
    submitted, printed, and published pursuant to this Agreement, and shall indemnify and hold True
    North Publishing harmless from and against all demands, claims, or liability, related to such content
    of Copies, or related to any allegation that the Copies infringe on the intellectual property rights of a
    third party.
5. In no event shall True North Publishing be liable for any damages caused by downtime of the Online
     Magazine, or for any delays or changes in publication times of the Online Magazine. In no event
     shall True North Publishing be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
6. True North Publishing reserves the right to reject, alter, or refuse any Copy in its sole discretion or
    disapprove any Copy in accordance with any rules True North Publishing may now have, or may
    adopt in the future concerning the acceptance of advertising matter. No change in the Copy shall be
    made without Advertisers prior consent.
7. Any Copy resembling news matter or advertisements in cartoon technique or comic strip form must
    carry the word Advertisement over the advertisement. If Advertiser submits a Copy not in conformity
    with this requirement, True North Publishing may either refuse to print such Copy or designate
    Advertisement above the Copy in the Online Magazine without Advertisers prior approval.
8. Returned Check payments due to insufficient funds are subject to a $15.00 processing fee.
9. If an ad agreement is not fulfilled for the full time agreed to, the advertiser will be back billed for the
     difference between the contracted rate and the rate actually fulfilled during the term of the contract.
     True North Publishing will pay absolutely no refunds for canceled advertising contracts.
