                          Sponsor Contract
                                International Music Sponsor
   Soloist Benefactor benefits as described below, plus the opportunity to become a sponsor at both the
    River Concert Series and USA Italy Alba Music Festival, as well as underwrite a guest soloist who
    performs at both music festivals.
   Advertising for a series sponsor as described below, plus advertising in Italian newspapers and in the
    Alba Music Festival program.


                                        Soloist Benefactor
   Series Sponsor benefits as described below, plus the opportunity to become an underwriter of a
    guest soloist at the River Concert Series. Past guest soloists who have been underwritten are Suzy
    Bogguss, Hilary Kole, Susan Narucki, and young artists.
   Soloist Benefactor’s name is listed in the program and on the website next to the soloist.
   Soloist Benefactor’s name will be in all newspaper and television ads that feature the soloist.
   Soloist Benefactor has an opportunity to meet the soloist for a photo shoot.

                                          Series Sponsor
   Weekly, comprehensive advertising June and July, including cable television (CNN, ESPN, A&E,
    Lifetime, Discovery, History, TNT, VH-1, and Prime Time) and print media coverage in the Southern
    Maryland Weekend Extra and the County Times. Major coverage in the St. Mary’s College of
    Maryland River Gazette (circulation 51,000), inserted in the Enterprise, the Calvert Recorder, and the
    Tester newspapers and mailed to Arts Alliance members, alumni, and other friends of the College.
   Your logo and link to your company’s home page are on the RCS website www.riverconcertseries.org
    throughout the year.
   Your organization’s name on the cover and back of the program, and logo and description of your
    organization in the printed program distributed each week.
   On-site banner, with your logo, prominently displayed at all concerts.
   Two special parking passes.
   Special invitation to two special sponsor receptions, one in the summer and one in the fall.

                                         Concert Sponsor
   Recognition in all concert advertising for the week prior to your sponsored concert(s), including
    cable television (CNN, ESPN, A&E, Lifetime, Discovery, History, TNT, VH-1, and Prime Time) and
    print media coverage in the Southern Maryland Weekend Extra and the County Times. Coverage in the
    St. Mary’s College of Maryland River Gazette (circulation 51,000), inserted in the Enterprise, the

Sponsor pledges may be enclosed in full with the return of this agreement or by installments but
paid in full by May 1, 2011. PLEASE MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO SMCM FOUNDATION.

    o INTERNATIONAL MUSIC SPONSOR - $25,000
                          Sponsorship of all concerts at both music festivals and underwriting an international
                           guest soloist at each music festivals.

    o SOLOIST BENEFACTOR - $15,000
                          Underwriting of a soloist (such as past soloists Hilary Kole, Suzy Bogguss, The Ahn
                           Trio, Catrin Finch, Lara St. John, and Vonda Shepard) to be selected when the program
                           is announced.
                          Sponsorship of all concerts.

    o SERIES SPONSOR - $12,000
                          Sponsorship of all concerts.

    o CONCERT SPONSOR - $3,000
                          Concert you wish to sponsor: 6/17; 6/24; 7/1; 7/8; 7/15; 7/22; 7/29 (circle one)
