This agreement made this date____________________ is between Rod Cobb, hereinafter
referred to as vendor and ______________________________, hereinafter referred to as
purchaser.

It Is Mutually Agreed As Follows
1. Vendor will furnish and purchaser will accept for the period of engagement the following
services:
Execution of karaoke services at the rate of $    per show time hour (3 hrs minimum).
There is no charge for setup or breakdown time spent. The show location is
_________________________________, show date is ___________________________and
show time will
be from __________________________.

2. For the above services purchaser shall pay vendor a total amount of $    . In addition,
purchaser shall pay in advance to vendor one-half of the total amount $      as a nonrefundable
binder to secure and hold the date and time. Any show time past the designated time will be at a
rate of $     per hour. Please make funds payable to Rodgerick Cobb.

3. It is understood and agreed that vendor shall perform as an independent contractor and not as
an employee of purchaser.

4. If it is impossible for vendor to fulfill this agreement due to sickness, accident or other
personal calamity, vendor shall not be entitled to receive any compensation for any performance
so prevented and purchaser may not seek legal action of any type against vendor for any reason.
Vender will reimburse any deposit collected from purchaser for any shows he is unable to
perform due to reasons listed in paragraph 4.


5. Delivery of this contract to parties named herein shall be deemed an acceptance of all terms
and conditions
by said parties.
