									JOB TITLE: Media Manager


MISSION: A brief summary of Job’s purpose (the “why”), including the Job Family, Level, and

To manage all media spending across all media and ensure that our communications reach our target
effectively and creatively as well as ensuring budgets are spent with efficiency. To take responsibility for
media spending and ensure that all relevant parties are kept informed of the media status.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES: Up to ten essential responsibilities of the job (the “what”) and the
approximate percentage of time spent on each (shown as a % range).
  20%     Managing the relationship between Nike and our media agency partners.
  20%       Briefing agency for specific projects
  20%       Maintaining strong knowledge of the media landscape in China
  10%       Regular and accurate reporting to finance / global / regional as required
  20%       Evaluating and providing feedback around media plans / proposals
   5%       Nurturing media relationships
            Ensuring that relevant personnel in Nike China and regional are kept informed of the
   5%
            media status
