Card, you forfeit the remaining punches. Classes: You can attend any class on the small group training schedule. Classes are subject to change of time and/or instructor. The
schedule is changed monthly. Cancelled classes: If no one arrives for class at ten minutes past the start time, the instructor can cancel the class. All other classes are drop in

Fitness 101 Either a 30 minute Basic strength workout focusing on machines, free weights, abdominal
strength and 30 minutes of walking or 60 minutes with cardio and strength mixed.
Fitness 102 One hour of Strength training focusing on machines, free weights, abdominal strength

Beginner to Intermediate
Functional Strength This course will include walking/running workouts and popular stretching and
for Runners strengthening exercises for runners. You will become educated on the best way to
“train” and prepare your body for a run. Workouts will be given for “off” days.

Walking Group Offered to all members. Walk indoors on the track for 2 miles or 30 minutes, Enjoy the
company of other walkers and the encouragement of the instructor.
