 Card, you forfeit the remaining punches. Classes: You can attend any class on the small group training schedule. Classes are subject to change of time and/or instructor. The
schedule is changed monthly. Cancelled classes: If no one arrives for class at ten minutes past the start time, the instructor can cancel the class. All other classes are drop in
                                        and do not require a reservation. Expiration: Pass expires 12 weeks from the date purchased.

Class Descriptions    Small group classes are lead by certified personal trainers. Small groups offer flexibility, variety
                      and affordability.
   Fitness 101            Either a 30 minute Basic strength workout focusing on machines, free weights, abdominal
                            strength and 30 minutes of walking or 60 minutes with cardio and strength mixed.

   Fitness 102            One hour of Strength training focusing on machines, free weights, abdominal strength
                            and jogging.

 WOW, Women on             One hour of a mix of strength training with free weights and cardio circuits.

Functional Strength       This course will include walking/running workouts and popular stretching and
   for Runners              strengthening exercises for runners. You will become educated on the best way to
                            “train” and prepare your body for a run. Workouts will be given for “off” days.

  Walking Group           Offered to all members. Walk indoors on the track for 2 miles or 30 minutes, Enjoy the
