Congratulations on taking the first step towards becoming Homecoming King/Queen! The Homecoming King, Queen and
Court represent UMass Amherst with honor, integrity and ample school spirit. They are student representatives at UMass
Amherst major events and on special occasions, and are among UMass Amherst’s most prominent student leaders. Please
carefully review the rules and process below.

                                     DEADLINE FOR ENTRY IS WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2012 a 4:00 p.m.

Eligibility Requirements:
      Be currently enrolled as a student at UMass Amherst.
      Be a current junior in good standing with a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA.

Queen will be judged on all of the above criteria and their participation in the week’s events. If the Homecoming Court Subcommittee selects me as a member of the
Homecoming Court, I am responsible for attending required Homecoming Week activities and representing UMass Amherst in a studious and professional manner.
