Trustees Report for Center Chapel
Hello Center Chapel family!
Trustees Goal Report:
1. Driveway – More asphalt was put down. It was decided that we would hold off putting
any more asphalt down until spring.
2. Gutters – Completed. we will be adding a downspout extension on the southwest corner
of the church to allow for better drainage on that side.
3. Landscaping – Most of the wall has been completed and will be finished soon. Seeding
and mulching will be completed.
We are asking members of the congregation that when you take out the garbage, you will need to take the
garbage can out to the church sign for now. We are asking you to do this because when the garbage has been
picked up in the back, damage has been done with the ruts that are cause by the truck. We will eventually
build a closed containment area near the propane tank. In the meantime, your extra effort when taking out
the trash to haul it to the sign will be greatly appreciated.
Regarding the Builder’s Call money of $50,000: We have asked for input from other committees within the
church for assistance in finalizing our list of projects and designation for the funds. We have agreed already
that a good deal of the money will be used to pay down the debt. However, we still need to find out some
details on the restrictions of the Builders Call money before a final decision is made. Thank all of you for
your input in the process.
